What does the VIP include that The Essential doesn't?+

Everything in The Essential, plus all chemicals included in your price (no separate billing), 2x free emergency call-outs a month, leaf blow of your pool surrounds every visit, toys & floaties tidied away, priority booking, and a Blue Avenue Diamond Clarity Treatment added to your skimmer box after every visit.

Are chemicals really included, with no extra cost?+

Yes — on Perfect Balance and The Essential we test, balance and bill chemicals separately at cost. On The VIP, chemicals are fully included in your $179 monthly visit. No separate invoice.

How do the free emergency call-outs work?+

VIP members get two free emergency call-outs a month for things like a sudden equipment fault or an unexpected water problem — normally a separate charge, included on VIP.

Why are VIP spots limited?+

We cap VIP numbers so every member actually gets priority booking and white-glove attention, rather than stretching it too thin. Once a month's spots are full, we open a waitlist.
