Choosing a plan — common questions.

What's the real difference between Chemistry, Essential and Resort Pass?+
Chemistry covers the water science only — you do the cleaning. Essential adds the full clean, leaf blow and a standard report. Resort Pass bundles all of that plus chemicals included, pressure washing every 6 months, a yearly compliance check (if required) and priority booking.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — no lock-in contracts on any plan. Upgrade, downgrade or pause whenever your pool's needs change.
Do I need to be home for any of these?+
No — as long as we have side or gate access, we can service your pool without you being there. You'll always get a report so you know it was done.
Which plan suits a rental or low-use pool?+
Chemistry or a monthly Essential clean usually does the job for a lower-use pool. Tell us about it and we’ll recommend the right fit rather than upsell you.
Is Resort Pass worth the extra over Essential?+
If you want to never think about chemicals, pressure washing or your compliance check again, yes — it’s built for owners who want everything handled. If you’re happy sorting the odd extra yourself, Essential covers the essentials properly.
