The Chemistry — common questions.

What's the difference between Chemistry and Essential?+
Chemistry is water testing and dosing only — you brush, vacuum and skim the pool yourself. Essential adds the full clean, leaf blow and a standard service report on top of the water balancing.
Do you clean the pool as well?+
No — Chemistry is chemicals and equipment checks only. If you want the cleaning handled too, Essential or the Resort Pass are built for that.
How often do you visit?+
Weekly suits most pools, fortnightly suits a lower-use pool. Tell us about yours and we’ll recommend a cadence.
