Do you have a referral discount?+
Yes. Refer anyone on the Gold Coast, whether family, friends or neighbours, and you get 50% off your next service while they get 50% off their first. Just ask them to tell us who sent them when they book.
What's the real difference between Perfect Balance and The Essential?+
Perfect Balance covers the water science plus a standard clean, skim, brush, baskets emptied and a quick robotic vacuum. The Essential adds the full deep clean, deep vacuum, all debris removed, plus a detailed equipment & pool health inspection, on top of the water balancing.
Can I add Glass Fence Sparkling Clean or Pressure Washing to my plan?+
Yes, both are available as add-ons. Glass Fence Sparkling Clean starts from $199, and Pressure Washing starts from $599 all-inclusive, add either to your regular plan, or book alongside a one-off service, each priced separately.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, no lock-in contracts on any plan. Upgrade, downgrade or pause whenever your pool's needs change, and add or drop add-ons whenever you like.
Do I need to be home for any of these?+
No, as long as we have side or gate access, we can service your pool without you being there. You'll always get a report so you know it was done.
Which plan suits a rental or low-use pool?+
Perfect Balance or a monthly Essential clean usually does the job for a lower-use pool. Tell us about it and we’ll recommend the right fit rather than upsell you.
Which Gold Coast suburbs do you service?+
We service pools right across the Gold Coast, from Coolangatta, Currumbin and Elanora through Burleigh Heads, Mermaid Waters, Clear Island Waters, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, up to Southport, Hope Island and Coomera. We’re based in Elanora. See every suburb we cover.
How much does pool servicing cost on the Gold Coast?+
With us, Perfect Balance is $82 a visit and The Essential is $95 a visit on an ongoing plan, plus chemicals. The VIP is $179 a visit, monthly, with all chemicals included. The callout and visit fee is included in every plan.
How often should a Gold Coast pool be serviced?+
Monthly suits most homes. Weekly or fortnightly suits holiday lets, Airbnbs and pools that get heavy use. Over a Gold Coast summer, heat, storms and more swimmers use up chlorine faster, so many owners step up their visits from around October to March.
Do you do pool area pressure washing on the Gold Coast?+
Yes. We pressure clean the tiles, pavers and coping around your pool, then give it an Essential pool service straight after to clear out the organic matter and debris that washes in.
