How often is the pressure wash done?+

Every 6 months as part of the plan — enough to keep tiles and glass fencing looking fresh without paying for it every single visit.

How often is the safety compliance check done?+

Once a year, if required. Most pools only need checking annually against QLD standards — we'll flag it if yours needs a look sooner.

Does the safety check replace my Pool Safety Certificate?+

No — it’s a compliance check against QLD pool safety standards so small issues get caught early, rather than becoming a surprise at your formal certificate inspection with a licensed pool safety inspector.

How much does the Resort Pass cost?+
